300 Ivy is a housing development in the center of Hayes Valley. Designed by architect David Baker and Partners, the project features 63 market rate townhomes and flats with retail stores at ground level. Public was asked to design the identity and branding for the project while the building was under construction. Materials ranged from printed promotional materials and and website to external building graphics.
